Mouse unselecting current program

I only notice it when I'm playing games, but it could be going on at other times. I'll be playing my game, and I press a button on my keyboard for the game but it makes a ding that it isn't a valid input and I see it's unselected the game I'm playing. With a few games I'll be playing and the menu automatically opens up and my mouse icon is suddenly on a different monitor than it was a moment ago (I use 3 monitors, the middle one being the one I display my game. It mostly goes to my right monitor) and to continue playing my game I have to manually move the mouse and reselect the game.

I have McAfee and just scanned and it says I don't have any viruses or any issues, what else could it be? It's been going on for about a month now. It's not necessarily making it so I can't do things, but as I stream game play occasionally, it is frustrating

Edit to ad: I don't believe I've downloaded anything new since it's started. If anything, I Streamlabs OBS tries to update every time I open it but McAfee doesn't let it so it just launches without being updated

    Hi,

If the problem only happens when playing games, try to configure the game display setting as windowed model and check the result. Also, you may confirm with the game's provider or supporter about the problem.

    Kind Regards,
