Certification Download Issue

Question

i have more than one MScerificate account.

i have done MCSE and VCP-DCV certifications using an account (******@gmail.com) on 2019. i am able to download those ceruficates without any issue

But I have done MS Azure 104 and 305 certifications yesterday Jan 3rd 2024 using different account (******@gmail.com). i am not able to download the certificate as its not linked. Please check the below certification details done yesterday and share me these certificates to my .email id ******@gmail.com
