Hi,
Did you try to check if you can sign the OneDrive from browser? I suggest you check if you can sign in the OneDrive account in browser: https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin
If you can sign in the OneDrive from browser, please remove all OneDrive Credential from PC and re-sign in:
- Go to Control Panel- Credential Manager.
- Click Manage Windows Credentials.
- Expand the OneDrive Cached Credential.
- Remove all OneDrive Credential from list.
- Click Save and launch OneDrive again.
After remove OneDrive Credential still not work, I suggest you try this method to remove the cached Office account identities from the registry:
1. Start Registry Editor.
2. Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
1. Right-click Identity, and then select Delete.
NOTE! Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
Here is an article about how to back up and restore the registry in Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-back-up-and-restore-the-registry-in-windows-855140ad-e318-2a13-2829-d428a2ab0692
