Hi ,

We are looking to use OpenAI (model gpt-35-turbo-16k ) and Azure Cognitive search for our firm on some classified docs stored in azure blob.

Basically we are looking for confirmation from Microsoft’s Open AI team that if we use them our search results will not be used by any 3rd party or Microsoft.

Based on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/data-privacy

it looks to me that openai outputs for the model created by clients are not shared with any 3rd party or Microsoft.

Could you please confirm that ?

I see the above link is dated 06/23/2023 . Is this still valid ?

If the data privacy policy changes how do we get notified

Thanks a lot.User's image
