My Microsoft Rewards account is suspended and I need help getting it un suspended.

My Microsoft rewards account got suspended and I am wondering if it is possible for it to get reinstated because it has been at least 6 months since it got suspended. I understand why I got suspended and that I deserved it but I have learnt my lesson and will follow the rules.
