I created a free Azure Account yesterday, in order to perform the SC-300 Self-Paced training exercises and labs.

Unfortunately, I entered my work email address while my creating my account instead of my personal email address. That ended up creating another Azure subscription under my company's tenant.

I realized there was an issue while trying to perform the exercises and did not have the required permissions. That was due to being connected to my work tenant with my work Azure account that does not have the required permissions or roles assigned to it.

Our Global Administrator deleted the newly created subscription about an hour after it was created, and I received an E-mail the next day advising to "Save your data before it's deleted".

Here is the associated "Subscription ID: ed3dc641-1f96-4343-a98b-67202fc3adb0" that was listed in the E-mail I received.

Now when I try to create a free Azure Account using my personal email address, I receive a message that - "You're not eligible for an Azure free account".

Can you please advise if we can either remove or reset my account, so I can recreate it to perform the exercises and labs to complete the SC-300 training course?

Please advise. Thanks
