My organization recently switched to Shifts for our time management system. I was able to set up a flow in Power Automate to connect my personal Shifts schedule to my personal calendar. However, I want to connect everyone's Shifts calendars to our shared organizational Vacation calendar in Outlook. Once a request is approved, I want it to be added to the shared Outlook calendar. Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions or insight on how to do this? Please note, I am new to Power Automate. Thank you very much in advance!

To connect everyone’s Shifts calendars to your shared organizational Vacation calendar in Outlook, you can use below steps to follow:

    1. Open Power Automate and create a new flow.
    2. Add the “When a shift is created” trigger.
    3. Add the “Create event (V2)” action.
    4. In the “Create event (V2)” action, select the shared organizational Vacation calendar as the calendar to add the event to.
    5. Map the fields from the “When a shift is created” trigger to the corresponding fields in the “Create event (V2)” action.
    6. Save and test the flow.

Once the flow is set up, every time a shift is created in Shifts, an event will be added to the shared organizational Vacation calendar in Outlook.

    Hope this helps.
