Language Pack for Visual Studio 2015 Shell (Isolated)

I am the product owner for an application that is built on the Visual Studio 2015 Shell (Isolated). I'm trying to locate the language pack for that version. The only one I've been able to find so far is for Visual Studio 2015, not the Shell. I also attempted to install another language of the Shell (Isolated), but when attempting to launch my application received this error:

Please download the Visual Studio 2015 Isolated Shell – Language Pack from the page.

It will navigate to Visual Studio Subscriptions site, and you can select the required language pack in the “Language” drop-down box.

That was the first thing I tried. That link you provided redirects here: https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=shell%202015 I mentioned what happened when I attempted to use that in my original post.

The link you provided redirects to a page that doesn't contain language packs, it has the installers for Isolated Shell. I mentioned in my original question that I attempted that path and received the error message above.

Sorry, I checked it again. The Visual Studio 2015 Isolated Shell – Language Pack is not available from Microsoft Website currently. Could you migrate your application to Visual Studio 2015 or higher version?

There are no newer versions of the Isolated Shell available, 2015 was the last one that Microsoft released....

As I stated in my original question, I tried that approach. When I attempted to run my application after installing the German language version, I received this error:

Hello, have you tried to uninstall all existing Visual Studio 2015 Shell (Isolated) from Control Panel, then, reinstall the required version and check it again?
