Locked out of Microsoft authenticator app after phone factory reset.

I factory reset the wrong device witch ended up being my android phone and I had the Microsoft authenticator app downloaded and I didn't realize the back up setting wasn't on. I had my school email set up with the two factor authentication and now I'm unable to log into my school email. I was looking it up and it said I should be able to reset the data and app but I do not see that option on my phone.
