I am trying to delete my Microsoft and Azure accounts. But it seems like Microsoft is adamant about keeping user's data by any means. For deletion, I need to cancel all the subscriptions from my work organization although I do not have any. Even if follow the Microsoft steps I am stuck at the below:

You can't leave this tenant

Because you are the last admin in this organization (tenant), you’re not allowed to leave it. You’ll need to delete this tenant instead. Learn more

You can now close this tab. You can't leave this tenant

You can now close this tab.

And I do not have the required access even though I am the admin to delete the dfa5ac0c-5777-4951-b772-1012c7bd17c3 management group.

How am I supposed to delete this now? and why such a complicated process?

    Hope this helps

Hello, If you are having troubles seeing your Azure subscriptions, try to elevate yourself:

Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin

As a Global Administrator in Microsoft Entra ID, you might not have access to all subscriptions and management groups in your directory. This article describes the ways that you can elevate your access to all subscriptions and management groups.

Then you can delete those Azure subscriptions that you may not be seeing.
