Dutch Credit Card "declined" while payment authorized by bank

Hi,

I'm trying to open an individual Partner Center developer account.

Everything is progressing fine until after finalizing the payment.

After approving the payment in my bank app and a confirmation message in the iFrame of accepted payment, the page gives me an error message that the payment was declined by my financial institution.

This is not the case the request status at my bank is "approved" and waiting for confirmation from the vendor.

I'm using the same Mastercard CC for my Xbox Live, GamePass and all other Microsoft products - never had issues.

Can you advise how to proceed?
