Is it possible to retrieve my AZ-900 certificate from an old account that I don't have access anymore

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification. Unfortunately, I have lost access to the account that I originally used to pass the AZ-900 exam. However, I still have my Credential ID for this certification. I am hoping to find out if it's possible to retrieve or verify my certification using this Credential ID. This certification is crucial for my professional development, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or steps I can take to resolve this issue.
