How to relaunch Microsoft and non Microsoft apps on devices via Intune policy or any other way in M365? For example: Zoom, Slack, Teams, Firefox Asana, etc.
What does re-launch mean here? Please elaborate on your requirement here.
Relaunch means reboot the apps on devices by using policy after certain period like every 48 to 72 hour on devices by notifying the end users about the app is going to relaunch after so and so hours.

Based on my researching, there is no related feature in Intune can reboot application after certain period on device.
However, there is an alternative method may help.
1.Create a restart application PowerShell on targeted device.
2.Create a schedule Task on Windows using the script and export Task schedule out.
3.Create an Install PowerShell script, then you convert it to intunewin file, after that you can upload it to Intune as win32 and deploy it.
