Microsoft 365 E5 Developer Program: Impact of Inactive Personal Account on Subscription Status

My personal Microsoft account A is registered for the Microsoft 365 E5 Developer Program, but A may be recycled by Microsoft due to long-term inactivity. (I lost the access to A and recover account did't work in my case).

Could you please tell me:

  1. Whether my E5 developer subscription will be canceled even if there is a effective developer activity in E5 account?
  2. Whether the effective activity in E5 account will keep A activate, which means preventing A from being recycled by Microsoft's policy?
