Microsoft Applied Skills credential lab problem

Question

i was giving my Microsoft Applied Skills credential test in Azure AI Document Intelligence. My lab was launched but the screen size was far too low for me to read or scroll through the page. I tried to reconnect my internet multiple times even restarted the lab. I even tried the screen size option in the top left corner. Due to the above reasons i had to cancel my the assessment, But it showing me that i need to wait for 72hrs to retake the exam.

However, if you have this problem you can do the lab by opening another page in your browser on the local PC, and use the lab credentials to access the Azure portal, and do the lab in the new browser window, then you finish it on the vm.
