I forgot my Microsoft account from which i registered my exam

The other day, I took the AZ-900 certification exam and passed it. I forgot the login information for my personal Microsoft account when I made the reservation, so I can't check it after the fact. I still have the MSID, registration ID, and other information that was included in the guidance email, but could you identify and tell me the account information from these?
