hi everytime i open ark survival ascended it keeps crashing and saying this

if you know how to fix this please tell me as soon as possible.
note: it's been happening for a couple of weeks now. it will not let me install it on the c drive due to lack of space. i dont know if it is part of this pc that is not letting me play. or if i need a boxed gaming pc, no one else has problems.

Maybe you should contact the official Support or the corresponding communities.
