There is no "Hello Windows and PIN" option in my Windows 11 settings.

When I logged in to Office, it showed "Your PIN is not available". After that, I went to the settings to look for the PIN option and found that it had disappeared.

you may try below method:
-unlink your account from your PC and remove the Work or School accounts
-deleted everything about your Microsoft account on PC
-restarted, sign-in to Windows with a Local Account and then re-sign-in with your Microsoft Account.
