Hi everyone,

Our sales teams records sales meetings and currently Teams recording are stored in personal sharepoint folders and recording patterns are like this: <organization-name>.sharepoint.com/personal/<user_name>/....

The problem is when someone other than who records the meeting wants to watch the recording, should request for access as the recording is saved in personal folder. I want to set a policy that makes the recording to be saved in a shared folder. Is that possible?

    @Mohammad

    Do you mean you want to change the Teams recording default location?

    By default, all recording files will go to the OneDrive account of the user who selected Record. For channel meetings, the recording will always go to the SharePoint site of the channel. The admin can't change where the recording is stored.

    Hello, If you are using Teams Channel Meetings, the recording will be saved in the Sharepoint of the Microsoft Teams an all members of the Team will be able to access the recording.
