Windows Server 2019 SMB connection closes randomly

hi, i have software that holds connection to file database by SMB, and when it minimized or just not touched some time, i have this message in events, and software crashes with "can't lock database file", how to resolve ? :) i installed same windows 2019 in hyper-v on this server, moved there file, created share and it works without problems

   The server closed the session as part of periodic system cleanup.

    Hi ,

    For SMB part, you could check SMB client log or SMB server log to see if there are something for us to troubleshooting.

    However, if file sharing is fine, it seems there is no problem with SMB part. As Dave said, you would better contact software developer to debug this problem.
