Hello I’m trying to log into a business account for the email on outlook and Authenticator. I tried to log into the email but need Authenticator verification. I used my old phone to try and log in to Authenticator so I can get a code but I’m stuck on the app. When I try to log into my business account on the Authenticator app it asks for an Authenticator code to verify the log in. So I’m stuck not being able to log into my email because I need Authenticator and stuck not being able to login to Authenticator because I’m not already logged into Authenticator. I tried contacting Microsoft text support to see if they can accept the verification request but they were unable to help and I was redirected to as the forum. Is there anyway for me to get a code sent to another email or for me to login so I can fix my account?

    Hi @Bryan Domingo

I think that you should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register MFA through Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below:

    Hello Bryan,

You may try to go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info in order to register / add new authentication methods to your account.
