I have two windows updates that just wont install, picture provided. The first one always sits at "Downloading 0%" but the second one will get all the way to 90% before failing and asking me to retry. I don't know how to fix this so any help would be appreciated. User's image

    Hello,

1.Perform a clean boot to check.

disable AV temporarily. Or we could try to change other network connection to check.

2.Try to clear the Windows Update Cache. Corrupt files in the Windows Update cache can cause issues with installing updates. To clear the cache, stop the Windows Update service, delete the files in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download, and then restart the Windows Update service.
