Outlook 365 - restore deleted calendar

While removing old calendars, I incorrectly deleted a calendar I would like to restore. I have checked my Deleted Items folder and the calendar is not present there so I cannot restore it through that method. Is there another way to restore the calendar? It was a team calendar that I created and my team had view access. The calendar is no longer visible for them either.

    Hi @@JLH ,

According to my research, you may need to change the view in Outlook to folder view.

Then you will see the deleted calendar as a folder under the Deleted Items.

    User's image

Right-click the calendar you want to recover and click Move Calendar, then select Calendar.

    Hope above can help you!

    Hello @JLH ,

if you have accidentally deleted a calendar from your Outlook, you may be able to recover them depending on the situation. Here are the steps to try to recover your deleted calendar:

    Restore deleted items:

    • Open Outlook.
    • Click on the "Folders" tab at the top.
    • Look for the "Restore deleted items" option. Here you may find the calendar or appointments that you have deleted.

    Check the "Deleted items" folder:

Sometimes deleted items, including calendars and events, are moved to the "Deleted Items" folder. Check this folder to see if your deleted calendar or events are there.

    Restore from a backup:

If none of the above methods work and you have a backup of your Outlook data, you can restore your calendar from this backup. The best way to do this is to contact your administrator.

If this is helpful, please accept the answer. Thank you.
