HLK Studio does not show my devices in selection tab.

HLK Studio does not show my devices in Selection tab.

 

Repro steps:

1.     Installed the HLK for Windows 10, version 2004 Server + Studio for Windows 10 on Windows Server 2016.

2.     Connect to HLK Server on Windows 10 22H2 x64

3.     Go to \HLKServer\HLKInstall\Client and run setup.cmd

Server OS side: Windows Server 2016

Client OS side: Windows 10 22H2 x64

HLK version: Windows HLK for Windows 10, version 2004

Expected results:

It have to show the HW device list from Selection tab.

Actual results:

As below Picture 1: It can see the Client.

As below Picture 2: It do not display the HW Device list.

    I discovered a trick for that problem.

    On HLK Studio, go to Configuration -> the machine pool selected for your project.

    Select the machine where you cannot find your driver.

    Right-click on it and click on Delete Machine.

    Go to the Default Pool.

    Select the same machine and drag it again until the previous pool.

    Maybe then you will find your driver there.

    It works for me.

    If not, you may also try to click on the other groups: systems, devices and printers, etc.
