You can take snapshots for these existing 4 disks , and then out of the Snapshots , you can create 4 new disks and attach the same to the new VM and assign Drive letters as required.

I have azure VM with 4 disks attached to it. I want to attach 4 new disks with similar size and all data into it and then switch the drive letters and remove the older ones.
Could you please suggest what would be fastest way to do it since data is in multi terabyte and i tried robocopy but it's taking forever to copy the data in new drives
tried copying data from one disk to another using ROBOCOPY but it's taking very long
