Access owa outside corporate network

Question

In our organization we are currently running a hybrid environment. We got temp staff running on premise

and perminent staff running on 0365.

We would like our temp staff to be able to access their email (webmail. Ourdomain\owa) externally without the use of VPN. Currently they can only access their email when they are in our corporate network. We want them to be able to access it outside our network without the need for VPN.

How can I achieve this? Thank you in advance
