How to change order (first name, last name, ...) in bibliography.xsl for word on Mac

IEEE xsl learn how to change.txt

Hi,

i found the xsl file and changed the words "First" and "Last". But now i need the first name after last name with an "," between them.

From:

A. Schmidt; C. Muller

to

Schmidt, A.; Muller, C.

The file is normaly an xsl file in Mac Word package.
