Walkthrough for installing on Azure?

Would anyone be interested in providing a walkthrough for installing FarmBeats, for someone who has never used Azure before?
I have attempted this installation process multiple times, and have not gotten through the steps to create an AAD application though the Shell, despite having what appears to be all the correct permissions and subscriptions.
Appreciative of any tips, or better directions.

Can you please verify your access permissions in the Azure portal by following the instructions on Azure role-based access control. ?

I can confirm from your screenshot that you are Service Administrator of the subscription.

still blocked, though I don't believe blocked is the correct description of the trouble I'm having.
To answer the above instructions, yes the settings are configured to allow Users can register applications.
