    Hi @gxg

Did you try to start the server in safe mode for troubleshooting?

To troubleshoot startup problems in safe mode, follow these steps:

    1. Select Start > Shut Down.
    2. Select Restart, and then select OK.
    3. When you see the "Please select the operating system to start" message, press F8.
    4. On the Windows Advanced Option Menu, use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode (for troubleshooting )or Choose Last Known-Good Configuration

Hello, This issue could be due to several reasons such as faulty drivers, system file corruption, or even a recent Windows update. Here are a few suggestions we could have a try: Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your computer and press F8 key continuously until you see the Advanced Boot Options. Choose Safe Mode to see if the system can boot up successfully. Use System Restore: If you can boot into Safe Mode, try to perform a System Restore. This will revert the system back to a point when everything was working fine. Repair with Installation Media: If you have the Windows Server 2012 installation media, you can use it to repair the system. Insert the media and boot from it, then choose the repair option. Use Command Prompt for SFC and DISM: If you can access Advanced Options, choose Command Prompt and type “sfc /scannow” to check for system file corruption. You can also use the DISM command to fix Windows corruption errors. Best Regards, Hania Lian
