Cannot import project. Please make sure you have permission to access the Storage Account.

Hello,

Today, I created a Form Recognizer Project and attempted to share the project with my other account using the provided share option within the Form Recognizer Studio.

However, when I try to import the project into my other account, I encounter the following error message:

"Cannot import project. Please make sure you have the permission to access the Storage Account."

However, despite providing all the storage access of my account with the other account, I am still facing the same issue.

Any ideas why the project import is still unsuccessful for me?

I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

Hi @Ayush Gupta , what permission did you assign to your Azure user? Does your Storage Account enable storage firewall setting or network access restriction?

@Silvia Wibowo I have assigned the contributor role for storage to my second account. No, the Storage Account does not have storage firewall settings or network access restrictions enabled.

Hello Ayush Gupta,

Apologies for the inconvenience that this issue has caused.

If you already have read permission on the resource group of the storage account and still facing the issue, kindly note that if your storage account VNet is enabled or if there are any firewall constraints, the project can't be shared. If you want to bypass those restrictions, ensure that those settings are turned off.
