Logic app Request Trigger - timeout delay 40 secs

Hi,

I'm getting problem in the last 4 weeks with LogicApp Request/Response trigger, I have create number new LA to getting the same problem to the point that I simplified the App to a simple 30 to 40 seconds delay and I´m getting ActionResponseTimedOut. It happen probably 3 in 5 requests, I don´t understand I have other LA that takes over 1 minute without any problem.

Am I the only one with this problem? Any idé?

I have tested from Postman and even put the LA behind a APIM and getting always the same result Timeout in the client.

I don´t understand, I never had problems with logic app if under 2minute syncronous timeout. But last weeks I´m getting weird problems. Don´t find any information in Azure about any issue in the last weeks :(

Antonio Freitas Thanks for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A. I had set up a Logic App as you described with GET method and imported the logic app in APIM as a backend service.

I called the logic app from APIM -> Test Console in Azure portal few times and all got 200 as expected with time delay of 40 seconds. Then I tested it from Postman as well and all are success also.

So, I am unable to reproduce this issue at my end. However, you can validate few things:

Test directly from APIM -> Test Console in the portal and see if you can reproduce this error. While doing the testing, make sure to trace a call like described in the article which will help in analyzing it further.

If you couldn't reproduce this error via test console and happens only in Postman, then validate settings in Postman for Request timeout value to 0 (or higher than 40 seconds). I hope this helps in troubleshooting the issue and let me know if any questions.

But if it doesn't help, then we might need to investigate deeper in the backend logs and we can connect offline.

I already tested directly from APIM Test console (Trace enabled) and i´m not able to reproduce the problem, it is only external azure call that im getting problems. I'm testing using Postman but i have external system trying calling the API (logic app) getting the same problem.

from Postamn I changed to 120 seconds already but getting the same problem

I jus tmade some test now and got the same problem.

Antonio Freitas If you are able to reproduce this issue directly calling Logic App, then it would be a good to capture a trace on the client side either Postman or external service (calling logic app) and investigate this. I think you can create a ticket with our azure support team, and they have best tools and resources to assist you further.

@MuthuKumaranMurugaachari-MSFT I tried different region for Logic app from west-europe to North-europe and Central-sweden and getting better results, too soon to say tiemout free error but better. Unable to comfirm if a region problem but curious to see diferent results from diferent regions. I know West-region had some network problems but nothing i can see in azure that they have issues in the last weeks.
