Remove SSL_Self_Signed_Fallback Cert

How can I remove the SSL_Self_Signed_Fallback cert if it is not listed in SQL Config Manager, registry or the computer MMC. I have read the cert may reside in memory only.

Thoughts???

    if it is not listed in SQL Config Manager, registry or the computer MMC.

    How about restart the service?
