No Authenticator code being sent

I’m trying to log into my school account and one of the steps is to enter the code sent to the Authenticator app, but I’m not receiving a code in the Authenticator app. I can’t access anything for my classes without this and the IT people said to re install the app and that did nothing.

    Hi @Rachel Miller You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register MFA through Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below: User's image
