Prefilled email address on the login Microsoft Online page

We are using SSO to access a cloud application. For some users, the email address field is prefilled; for others, they have to type it in every day.
The URL is login.micrisoftonline.com Can a setting be done to have a prefilled email address? Thanks

Something seems not right with that URL or its a re-write URL , But anyway

If you are using Edge browser

1. Go to Settings and more > Settings > Profiles > Personal info. 
2. Make sure that the Save and fill basic info toggle is turned on.
3. Then turn on the Automatically fill my info on sign up forms toggle. 
   To turn this feature off, go to Personal info and turn the Automatically fill my info on sign up forms toggle off.
