How to move VM to another Azure subscription

Question

I am trying to move a VM from one subscription to another subscription. The target subscription will hold a new vnet where the new VM will be deployed. new VM should have the existing OS disk and also the additional data disk whatever was present in the existing VM. if i want to achieve this which method i can follow ?
