ResourceDeploymentFailure on MySQL installation

I'm currently trying to create a MySQL Server for Azure using its dedicated panel on a new, free account, but regardless of any options i'm always presented with a error at the installation's end

The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'. (Código: ResourceDeploymentFailure, Destino: /subscriptions/285eac38-e1d3-47fb-aa4e-0a59e30ee350/resourceGroups/TCC/providers/Microsoft.DBforMySQL/flexibleServers/servidorsql)

A very similar question was answered before where the accepted one would be using the SQL credentials, which i'm already using. I'd be happy with any solutions for that

Azure Database for MySQL
Azure Database for MySQL
An Azure managed MySQL database service for app development and deployment.

Hi Gabriel Silveira de Oliveira • Thank you for providing the subscription ID. According to the backend log, it appears that you are attempting to create a server in the East US region and encountering a failure due to a Quota issue in that region. If possible, you can try creating the server in another region. Alternatively, if you prefer to create the server in the same region, you may need to open a support case to request additional capacity for server creation in your subscription. Capacity needs to be granted to your subscription to create a server in those regions. Please refer to the snippet below for guidance on opening a Quota case User's image

    Hope this help! Thank you!
