In Microsoft Purview what do these errors mean?

I followed guides and steps from selecting custodians, to collection, to review sets, to exports. No job shows any error. I can see there are some duplications. Nothing shows on the processing tab, but there are 20% errors showing "skippedattachmentprocessing" Is there anyway to see why they occured? There is no number count from any other logs or tabs I've checked that show why. The subject line for the emails are all labeled "no subject" and all the other errors make sense. Is there anywhere else to look for these types of errors?

@David - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Based on the provided information, it seems that you are encountering "skippedattachmentprocessing" errors while processing data in Microsoft Purview. These errors indicate that some attachments were skipped during processing.

To investigate the cause of these errors, you can check the following:

    1. Check the error message details: You can click on the error message to see more details about the error. This may provide more information about why the attachment was skipped.
    2. Check the source data: It is possible that the attachments were not included in the source data. You can check the source data to ensure that all attachments are included.
    3. Check the processing settings: It is possible that the processing settings are not configured to include attachments. You can check the processing settings to ensure that attachments are included.
    4. Check the logs: You can check the logs to see if there are any additional details about the skipped attachments. The logs may provide more information about why the attachments were skipped. If none of these steps help you identify the cause of the errors, you may open a support ticket for further assistance.
