Unable to sysprep Windows 10 after installing KB5034122!

I use a reference Windows 10 image in audit mode, the license has never been rearmed and the image was never sysprep'ed before! I installed KB5034122 the same way I usually install updates when I update my reference image. I've never had sysprep fail before, but sysprep fails after installing KB5034122! I have attached the setupact.log.

I tried to uninstall all Appx Packages for the Administrator account, I also took control of the Generalize.xml file and gave Administrators and Users permission to modify the file as per Copilot's suggestions to try and resolve the issue with sysprep, but to no avail! Sysprep still fails! I also ran:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
SFC /SCANNOW

ScanHealth didn't find any store corruption and SFC did fix corrupt files, but sysprep still fails!

Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
