Hello When I updated to Windows 11, the sound on my computer became much quieter. I have tried many ways but have not been able to fix this problem. Looking forward to receiving your help.

    Hi amthanhtrungchinhaudio,

Please first run the Audio Troubleshooter. Open Settings, go to System - Troubleshoot - Other troubleshooters, click the Run button next to Audio, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

If the troubleshooter does not help, try updating the audio driver. Run devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager, go to "Sound, video, and game controllers" section, right click your audio device and select Update Driver. If Windows cannot find available driver to update, check the latest driver on the audio adapter or motherboard manufacturer site.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
