@Pradeep Joshi,Thanks for posting in Q&A. Honestly, I haven't met this issue before. Let's do some check.

Please check if there is any "Enrollment failures" showing in Intune portal.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/help-desk-operators#enrollment-failure-reference

It is suggested to check if there is any error message in Event Viewer. Location: Event Viewer Application and Services Logs –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider –> AutoPilot/Admin

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

Pradeep, By looking at your screenshots, it seems you tried a Windows and Mac device. Correct? Same behavior on both? Are there any accounts listed in the "access work or school section"?Screenshot 2024-01-12 093313

What version of Windows are you using? Pro, Enterprise? Do you see these options when you click Connect? 7832a9f2-5c2e-47ad-81fe-c547e3329d44

I have this same issue with two different accounts, one has been active for years, the other was just created a couple weeks ago. Neither account can be added as a work account to their respective devices, one a desktop the other a laptop, receiving the same error message as noted above. Intune is not an enabled service for these accounts. I have checked device restrictions, there are none. I have checked policies, none apply to either. I have checked DNS server settings, nothing changed. Devices are fully up to date. I have successfully signed into the one work account on other devices before (I have not reached device capacity). I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this error.
