Hi! I cant log into my student email account. When I try to enter, I have to write the code that shows on my Microsoft Authenticator app, but when I open the app there is no code. How do I solve this?

    Hi @Sana S. Hossainy You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register through Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below: User's image
