MDS 2019 Website not functioning

We upgraded to SQL Server 2019 MDS from SQL Server 2017, and now MDS webpage is not functioning.
Any idea how to fix this?

    How did you upgrade MDS? Please check your steps from MS official document to found if you missing something.

    Please check the Important Part in this MS document to check if you miss some key point.

    Error was due to GPO (Security) Config.
    We removed the Server from OU where it has restricted security setup, and re-install MDS.
    Everything looks good now.
