We are attempting to use our Azure founder credits but cannot see how to link the founder hub to our Azure account. User's image

When trying to follow these steps there is no clear place to click "Link your Microsoft account". This does not show up under the founder credit profile or anywhere in the account setup.
When we try to "Visit redemption site" it takes us to a page that shows "You're not eligible for the sponsorship benefit" User's image

Can you provide some clear instruction on how we can link our Azure founder credits to our Azure account? Thanks

Bob Johnson According to this document, to transfer the credits you can try logging into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. If you still have issues, I would suggest you reach out to Microsoft for Startups support team for this. You can raise request by traversing to this link: https://aka.ms/startupsupport
