Azure Tutorial Deployment Template Error. I tried to deploy https://aka.ms/deploywingtipmt but the deployment fails with error code 45613 - The ImportExport operation failed because of invalid storage credentials.
Does anyone know how I resolve this? I have not modified the Microsoft provided deployment template.

Could you please give us a brief description of what you are currently trying to do. Is your azure SQL database connected to a web app.? Is firewall enabled or disabled.? Regards, Oury -

2024-01-14T18:48:44.7533333+00:00 Hello - thank you for your comments. In answer to your questions:
- I am trying to follow this tutorial: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/saas-multitenantdb-get-started-deploy?view=azuresql&source=recommendations. In Step 1 there is a blue 'Deploy to Azure' button which is triggering https://aka.ms/deploywingtipmt and initiaties the deployment. I am creating the resource group and attempting to deploy the template within a standard Azure Pay-as-you-go subscription.
- The error message I am receiving when I click the hyperlink Error says 'error code 45613 - The ImportExport operation failed because of invalid storage credentials.'
Clicking the red error banner shows a database access credential - strange given I am deploying a Microsoft template and there are no instructions in the guide to suggest I should have to take an action to resolve this. I believe the deployment template requires the user 'jb3' (provided as an input during the deployment wizard) to be granted access to the database resource the script creates but for some reason this is not the case.

2024-01-26T20:09:45.97+00:00 Thanks for your reply.I am simply pressing the 'Deploy to Azure' button in the tutorial - if resources created by the template required permissions I would expect the script to have configured this during deployment OR for the tutorial to have specified the need to set up a credential as part of the guide.
I don't understand how permissions are not in place given:
- I am deploying a Microsoft provided template
- I am deploying to a dedicated / new resource group
- I am the global admin of my subscription
