AMD Ryzen 7 3700X is fully compatible with Windows 11. See : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-amd-processors Look here: C:$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther: "Setuperr.log" that only has information about the errors encountered by the Setup to narrow the source of the problem.
Windows 11 will not reinstall in my PC
Hello, I have a PC currently running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2428 but since October 2023 I can´t install Windows update. Error 0x80070002. I have tried to repair windows and run all the troubleshooters but nothing has worked (all display some kind of error) so far. Finally, I decided to format and reinstall Windows but now the installation can not be launched because my computer is not compatible with Windows 11. I don´t get it as I have been working with Win 11 with this same computer for a while already. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
My computer:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4
DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2 x 8 Gb 3600 MHz
Asrock Radeon RX 5700 Challenger D 8G OC

2024-01-15T01:32:28.86+00:00 Hello, Error 0x80070002 usually indicates that some files in the Windows Update are missing or corrupted. Here’s what you can do: BIOS/UEFI Update: If your PC meets all the requirements but is still not compatible, it’s possible that you may need to update your BIOS/UEFI firmware to the latest version. Visit your PC manufacturer’s website for instructions on how to do this. TPM 2.0: Ensure that TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS/UEFI settings. If your PC doesn’t have a physical TPM, it might support firmware TPM which can be enabled in BIOS/UEFI settings. Secure Boot: Make sure Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS/UEFI settings. Anyway if we want to reinstall system, I suggest back up all your data before making any major changes to your system. Best Regards, Hania Lian
