I am assuming that this is because my work account will have been cancelled - I retired several months ago. I will probably use the free version of Excel on-line. However my questions are - what appens to all the documents I have stored on my laptop? Will they be disabled as well? Or will I still be able to use them wth maybe reduced functionality? When my subscription goes to "deleted" stage, will all my documents disappear from my laptop? Many thanks Julie

    Hi,

If you not stored the files in local PC but not OneDrive, the files will not be deleted.

But if the application deactivated, you will not be able to edit the files anymore but only view it.

Thanks Emi I will probably use the the free online version once it has been deactivated. I assume I will be able to copy data on to a new spreadsheet? Is that correct? Kind regards Julie
