Cannot validate my new One time purchase of microsoft office 2019 product key

I just bought the one-time purchase of Microsoft Office for my Mac book pro. I received the confirmation email and installed from the link. When I open any of the programs I get the message: Key validation error. The product key could not be validated by the activation server.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm connected to the internet and I confirmed I used the correct email and password. I'm still getting the error message.

    Apart from the error message above, is there any error code? Such as "0xD000001c"?
    If yes, please share with me for further analysis.

    I suggest you try the following steps to have a check.

    1 Did you redeem your product key for Office for Mac, if not please follow these steps.

    • Go to https://www.office.com/setup
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account, or create one if you don't have one (you can create one with any existing email address you already have). Be sure to remember this account so that you can install or reinstall Office later, without a product key.
    • Enter your Office product key, without hyphens.
    • Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process.

    2 When theres is errors occured with steps above, you can use the Virtual support agent (English only) to check this key.
    If the product key isn’t working, you may need to contact your seller.
    Besides, please refer to article "Get help with product key errors on Office.com/setup".

    3 Where did you download the Office 2019? Is the link you received points to www.office.com?
    If the page loads, your internet connection is working. Please check your credentials as following.

    • Open Spotlight by selecting the magnifying glass at the top right of your desktop.
    • Search for and open Keychain.
    • Type in Office and then check and delete the data license file if there is.
    • Download and run this script.
    • Try to activate Office for Mac again.

    4 Add and switch a new account to check this issue.
