Hello all, Greetings for the day. I am getting the below error while trying to schedule a report in SCOM 2019. It would be good if anyone can walk me through the steps to resolve the issue.. "Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ReportServerStorageException: An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database" Thanks in Advance. Aswin

    Hello Aswin,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues while scheduling a report in SCOM 2019. The error message you’ve shared indicates that there is an issue with the report server database.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check the Reporting Services error log for detailed error information. The default location of the log files is %programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\<SQL Server Instance>\Reporting Services\LogFiles
    2. Test database connectivity to SQL Server by using a UDL file.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/sql/database-engine/connect/test-oledb-connectivity-use-udl-file#create-a-udl-file

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
