Is there a delay in receiving all emails?
There are many that cause this issue, try the following possible steps:
- Try searching the message on the client side. If you find a search, hover over the search results to display the directory where the email is stored.
- Check your Junk email folder. If it's in that folder, it's possible that the message was marked as spam, or that the sender was blocked.
- Log in to your web mailbox to see if the email is available.
- Check if the Inbox is full and if there are some rules that affect viewing this message.
- Contact the sender to check if it's an account issue.
