why we are experiencing delayed mail receiving after updating the outlook?

We can send the mail, but to receive the mail takes a long time, more than 24 hours sometimes not receive the mail. Tried steps to solve the issue. Windows and Office updated one. restarted the PC, open Outlook in safe mode, good internet connection(Not limited connection too), cleared the temp files, But still facing the same issue. Please give the solution to fix this issue...

    What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?

    Is there a delay in receiving all emails?

    There are many that cause this issue, try the following possible steps:

    • Check your Junk email folder. If it's in that folder, it's possible that the message was marked as spam, or that the sender was blocked.
