Office Home & Student 2019 Activation Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I purchased Office Home & Student 2019 (for my Mac) a few years back. I installed it yesterday through my Microsoft account (the available package I installed is Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.78.23102801_HomeStudent_Installer.pkg). However, I am facing difficulties in using it. Specifically, when I attempt to open Word, a notification prompts me to activate Microsoft 365, which is not part of my current license. I want to clarify that my account is licensed for Office Home & Student 2019, and I would like to resolve this issue without needing an additional purchase. I request your help on how I can activate and use my existing 2019 license.

I suggest you go to this link and remove devices from link and then re-install Office and re-activate:
